Survivor: Play the Show on Your Mac

Survival Skills

Want to stay alive until the final tribal council? Then you’ll need to decide how to distribute your points among these ten skills.

Assertiveness: Want to take charge? Make sure your character has a high score in this area.

Building: Shelter is important, so characters with high scores in this skill are valuable.

Communication: Is an alliance part of your strategy? Then your character will need to communicate effectively with others.

Cooking: Food and water are the number one priority of anyone trying to survive in the wild, so you’ll want to make sure that your character is either strong in this area or is friends with the characters who are.

Cunning: Problem-solving is just as important as physical skills when you’re trying to win a reward or immunity challenge, and the cunning skill will help you there.

Empathy: Understanding how others feel is important when you need to build an alliance.

Field craft: Need to make a fire? Scrounge for building materials? Then save a few points for this skill.

Running: This skill covers both speed and long distance endurance.

Strength: How well your character can lift and carry heavy objects will be dictated by this skill.

Swimming: Water skills will come in handy during many reward and immunity challenges.
